I worked with Toyota and ‘The Lab Insight and Strategy’. to conduct market research around Australia.

I provided live-scribing at workshops and developed customer insights into a visual guide.

The fast sessions sketches from each workshop were redrawn to highlight the strongest feedback, such as:

 

“When I’m alone in my car, it’s like I’m in my own little bubble. I like to feel that I’m safe and comfortable.”

 

“Safety is the important thing, especially when I have my kids in the back. I want to feel comfortable, with space around me! The ride should be smooth and controlled!”

 

These insights connected together to provide an overview of customer needs, which will help shape future development strategies.
